Just a thought...
Let's say someone wins a Money in the Bank match at Wrestlemania, waits a full year (that's possible, right?), and cashes it in.
Would this mean that the Money in the Bank winner means more then the Royal Rumble winner?
This would be quite interesting...

Never thought about it. Also I would love to see someone cash it in that night and win the title.

not necessarily ... they could just make it a Triple Threat match.

A triple threat would have to happen, or some sort of Wrestlemania X deal where theres more then one title match. But I could see WWE having one brands champion facing the MitB winner and the other facing the Rumble winner.
I want to see someone cash in MitB the next night on Raw.

Having the Rumble winner face one guy and the MitB winner facing the other would be so lazy of the WWE to do.
Think if the MitB winner announced a few weeks before Wrestlemania (ala RVD announcing it would be at ONS), out of nowhere, the storylines they could develop between the Rumble winner and the MitB winner. They could bicker and fight with each other to the point where they completely forget about the champion.
Storyline wise, I think it would be pretty cool.

I think after how Edge took advantage of cashing it in last year, it would make future winners look very stupid if they did it the legit way. I mean, if I had the suitcase this year, I would simply wait for a huge match like Hell In The Cell and come out after the winner (champ) was exhausted and beaten to a pulp.

Did edge not say he was going to wait till Wrestlemania to cash in his money in the bank. But then just shocked us all at New Years Revolution.

I wanted RVD to come out and face Cena at the end of Wrestlemania 22 so bad, it would have been so unexpected.

After Edge doing it though, wouldn't it be expected though?
It's been done already. Plus, Edge was playing a heel. The "good guys" want to win "fairly".

I wonder, could someone win mitb at wrestlemania and then cash it in that same wrestlemania? Lets say they cash it in directly after the main event match or during the match making it a triple threat. COuld that happen?

I can see it happen, but the WWE will play off how stupid it was for that wrestler to waste their shot right after the "grueling" Money in the Bank ladder match.

It could work if they had a heel win the mitb by pretending to be injured and then coming back at the end to win when everyone else is tired.

Did they even bring up the MITB ladder match yet? Are they even having one? I didn't forget about it. Its become a tradition to me since they started doing it.

How about this idea? I've suggested a few tumes turning Matt Hardy heel and having him head up an OMEGA heel faction. His past feuds with Helms and Mercury could have just been a way for Matt to test if they were truly ready to attempt to be the next Evolution, Hart Foundation, etc. Here's a short and ultimately meaningless scenario that would involve the MITB:
Matt would be in the match as a face. Almost immediately Helms, Mercury, and Moore come out to interfere, helping keep everyone else busy (and having Mercury get revenge on Nitro in the process), allowing Matt to retrieve the briefcase without really having to fight for it. Later on in the evening after Lashley has a tough match (with who, I have no idea), Hardy's Goons attack Lashley and toss him into the ring, at which point Matt cashes in the MITB as a ladder match. In a fashion similar to earlier in the evening, Matt wins the match.
Matt then reverts back to V1 mode, thinking of himself as the next coming of Bret Hart, while feuding with CM Punk, Lashley, and maybe Sandman.
I picked ECW for the scenario because they need the help in order to make things interesting more. In all honesty, it would be a lot funnier if Matt stayed on SD, spending about a month talking big while running away from Batista and the UT. He would also stay under Hayes, who is easily Matt's biggest fan in management.
The thing is that all of the titles are not that interesting right now. It would be a relief to see something different done, at least for a short while.

It could and should be used to give a new guy an awesome push because in the match evryone is on equal footing pretty much. I really hope they keep doing it so that mitb could become like the Royal Rumble.

Wouldn't the Contract be expired at the next Wrestlemania? It would be exactly one year from winning the contract.
