Raven - WWF.
Focal point of ECW. Arguably the best character in wrestling ever, involved in some of the best-booked feuds ever seen.
Goes to WCW. Lower-high card status. Gets his own huge stable. Involved in some awesome matches and feuds, particularly a high-profile series of bouts against DDP and Chris Benoit . Pretty much introduced hardcore wrestling to the promotion.
WWF. Jobber. Heat. Bullcrap.

I agree totally with Raven. Only Heyman knew how to use him properly.

Shelton Benjamin. Could have been the next HBK.

Shelton Benjamin. Could have been the next HBK. Yeah, but HBK has charisma.

Shelton Benjamin. Could have been the next HBK. Yeah, but HBK has charisma. Shelton has charisma. Just really crappy mic skills. Which, sadly, seem to have been his downfall.

All Shelton needed was a manager. He had and still has the skills, but I don't think he would be able to work the main event-level angles without a manager.

Hart's WCW run.
Today, Jamie Nobel. Not even being in the cruiserweight title hunt is a joke.

I agree with the Raven sentiment. I also think that Booker T has been horribly bunged by WWE. I think the worst mismanagement, however, is Rey Mysterio. It was the worst because they were honestly trying to push him, but for some reason did not understand that they do not need to try to establish him as an underdog.

My Top 3
(1 Raven in WWF was the saddest thing ever. He was used okay in WCW and excelled in ECW and TNA, but he should have been more than he was in WWF. I mean being stuck on Sunday Night Heat? Come on thats sad.
(2 Nick "Eugene" Dinsmore-Really he is a phenominal wrestler. He is so technical and a very good mat based wrestler. So what do they do? Make him a wrestling savant that is mentally retarted. I know he got the WWE Tag Titles but come on! Couldn't they at least brought back Heel Doink with Dinsmore? That at least would have been better. Also lets not go into the short-lived heel retard era.
(3 Mike Awesome in WWF and WCW-Wow where do I go with this one. Mike awesome again alot due to Heyman looked like a moster in ECW. I think he was actually only like 6'4 or 6'5 but still he could have been used very well. He started off great in WCW but than was put in the stupidest gimmicks like that 70's guy and The Fat Chick Thriller. Stupid to the max. So he had no credbility left. Sure he was the first WCW invader but soon got lost which is a shame because he is one of my favorite wrestlers.

Also he's nothing in TNA either. ... Dude, I totally forgot he was ever in TNA for a second. Holy crap. Guys did you forget what Raven did for TNA? He basically made TNA popular in the first place! He so instrumental to TNA even having a tv deal. God people have short memories. Also before he got overweight and fat he was doing awesome, in some ways better than ECW/WCW Raven and made a huge impact on the indies as well, which includes really making the career of CM Punk.

Yeah, Raven's feud with Punk was the first time that I had ever heard of him. What makes Raven cool is that he actually fought with the promoter to have Punk go over, instead of pulling a Hogan.
