The Originals vs Extremists match should be made into a massive match at Wrestlemania. And since they don't have much of a show right now, have that be the main focus, along with the Lashley title run, and have CM Punk be the Extremist who won't side with the other Extremists. Maybe feud him with Test or something as well.
Basically, just have 3 main feuds on there, and the ECW brand at Wrestlemania could look like this:
Test and CM Punk in the Money in the Bank Ladder match. I still feel that Test is a big break out star in the ECW brand, and CM Punk's stock is still pretty big. I think they could help put on a great match here.
The Sandman, Tommy Dreamer, Balls Mahoney, Sabu, Stevie Richards and Little Guido vs Elijah Burke, Matt Striker, Kevin Thorn, Hardcore Holly, Snitsky and Mike Knox. Basically this match will bring in guys like Little Guido and Stevie Richards who never get tv time in. They could also have interfeuds between all the wrestlers involved. This would also be best as a huge hardcore war, crazy style match here I think.
Bobby Lashley vs Rob Van Dam vs Marcus Cor Von for the ECW Championship. RVD in the match helps bring prestiege to the belt, and even though it was on a smaller scale, Marcus Cor Von knows what it's like to be a main eventer and be in the big main event match. Sadly, Lashley doesn't, so RVD and Cor Von will likely have to help him through this match.
Anyway, that's what I'd like to see.
