I will ignore the first post, and just answer the title. Lashley= Alright ECW Champ Lashley= Still alright, but the title around his waist kind of ruins it. I agree. |

I dont hate him, i just dont care about him. Hes just there. His ring work is meh, his promos are below meh, and he gets pushed despite the fact that nobody seems to care about him. The reason he is hated imo is that the fans never got to decide whether he should be over or not. WWE just told us he was. Hes like Rocky Maivia. Shoved down our throats to the point that we hate him. Though I imagine he will not make the same adjustment Rocky did when the "DIE LASHLEY DIE" signs start showing up.

Because there's nothing special about him. He's a hoss with Mike Tyson's voice. Why do we have to be subjected to this punishment just because Vince gets a stiffy every time he sees a roidhead?

Bobby Lashley is the future of the business. If you're a Lashley hater then u must not like wrestling or you're just a thirst bucket who wants to go back to 97 and see people thrown into 15 tables stacked on top of each other. Thats was cool when it was going on but that was 10 years ago the game has changed. you have to look at ECW as a new wrestling company that is just starting and Bobby Lashley is a nice champion right now his in ring skills are masterful his mic skills could use some work but that will come with time. LONG LIVE LASHLEY ECW CHAMP!!!!! Wow. Thirst bucket? Masterful mic skills? Just wow. |

It should be noted that Lashley's match on PPV was the only one to get "boring" chants and "TNA" chants. Say what you will about Batista , but at least he can draw with WWE auds. Lashley...can't. He's either too green or too uncharismatic to be a champion, and the guy seems like a midcarder who got a huge push just cause of favoritism.
If Lashley's the future of the business, why does his show consistently get the lowest ratings of WWE programming?
