Ive just read that the reason test was finally suspended for breaking the wellness policy even thgh its been obvious for months.. was that he spoke out about losing 2 lashley and the management took offence so tested him.
Its also clear that the WWE only tests people if they are midcarders/lowcarders...or out of favour for a reason.
Now the wellness policy was only introduced when the unfortunate passing of eddie guerrero happened...and was to stop things like this happening...but if they are allowing some of the headliners 2 continue break the policy then whats the point.
Eddie was a headliner when he passed so just say he was on the juice they would've let him off anyway and let him continue.
If a young champion like cena (who is one of the main culprits for breaking the policy) is on the juice then later on down the line if could effect his health in a major way and it would be the WWE's fault for allowing him 2 continue taking supplements.
Im just wondering whats the point in having a policy if they are gonna allow any main eventer to break it??

Agreed, but you cant prove your point, thats the issue. Our "opinions" on whether a wrestler is juicing or not aren't evidence enough to claim that the wellness policy isn't enforced. While I DO agree with you in the fact that the WWE probably enforces it when convienient, the E has their ass covered on the legal end, which in reality, is the puropose of this entire thing.

1) To cover their ass, just in case
2) As an "easy out" to get rid of or punish guys they dont like anyway

What he said. Also, I think Cena just has a freakishly big physique, as he shows zero of the obvious signs of steroid use (back acne, more prone to injury, etc).

Obviously everything we read on the net is true. Such as Jbl will beat Rey jr for the title, Orton will beat Rey for the title the smackdown after Mania, Kane will win the title at Judgement Day, Cm Punk is in the doghouse etc

Its a well meaning smoke screen. It hasn't meant anything since The Great American Enzyme Bash. If something bad happens, then WWE can point to the Policy and say we have measures in place to stop this.

So we are all in agreement then essentially. The Wellness policy is nothing more than a corporate ass covering!!

yeah..i get you..I think im a little bitter..i mean when i saw the Mr.Perfect vignette last night it made me sad the some1 with that ability isnt around anymore due to his demons in that area.
I know it can't be proved who is exactly on the juice but..there are a few wrestlers who could very well go the same route as mr perfect in the future ..and WWE were aware that they were ruining their bodys at an early age but refused 2 do anthing because it would lose them cash.

The point was for Vince to pretend to care enough about the wellness of the wrestlers that he'd prefer wrestlers lose some of their look in exchange for health benefits.
Once he figured people had mostly forgotten about it, it was safe to brush under the table and only use when he feels like it.

I love when people get worked up about main eventers having special treatment, as if that's a phenomenon specific to wrestling. If you're the top guy at the local Jiffy Lube, you're going to get more leeway with the rules. Same with a Fortune 500 Company, the Boston Red Sox, or factory worker. That's because the top people are MORE VALUABLE TO THE COMPANY.
If the wellness policy excludes Cena, HHH, and Batista, but tests everyone else (and guys like Orton and Lashley have been suspended in the past), then it's still a HUGE step forward.

Its also clear that the WWE only tests people if they are midcarders/lowcarders...or out of favour for a reason. Angle, Orton and RVD were all victims of the Wellness program. Two of those guys were WM main eventers and the 3rd was WWE Champ at the time. Did you notice that several veterans (JBL, Beniot, Big Show) decided to just take some time off to let their bodies heel and not use pharmaceutical help to keep them on the road. That never would have happened before the wellness program happened.

They decided to let Masters off the hook too, he's suddenly bulked up in about as short an amount of time as it took for him to lose the muscle to begin with.
...Maybe he just forgot to work out for a couple months and someone reminded him, and they lent him their magical weights that allow muscle to be built at a 10x rate.

Vince said in 2002 that Pro-Wrestling isn't a sport, so he doesn't like testing his employees with steroids. Also, with the traveling schedule and wrestling time, I do think that none of the wrestlers that have good physique get it without taking steroids. The wellness program is good for covering Vince's ass, whom probably takes steroids also.
Also, there is also an alternative to steroids called HGH. I honestly think Triple H was on it at one point as his facial structure changed over the years, as if he looked like he suffered acromegaly.
Lastly, I can't prove my point above nor can anyone prove that certain wrestlers are on steroids and/or HGH.

Like I've thought, there are too many holes in it for me to totally commend them, and is just another political-infested aspect. What's worse is it means Eddie really did die in vain, when you consider this and how they DO use his memory. I shouldn't be cynical when they do things that show they "care," but they have too many strikes against them for me to believe in them. (see also: the direction after Raw is Eddie/Owen, I can't praise those as much as others cause WWF/E's later actions show that the sincerity wasn't totally there)
