Yes, they are defending them against Deuce and Domino. That is the reason they changed the Ladder Match.

whoops.. I wasnt being specific. I meant HBK and Cena. But, the Smackdown tag titles are actually the only tag titles that have legitimate contenders I guess.

I think it would be great if they made the match mean more.
Really, have the winners of the match have THE main event at Wrestlemania. It would've help build the match more.

What happened to Cryme Tyme being #1 contenders? I really can't see them going over Cena/Michaels at all. Man, WWE is confusing right now; either that or I'm stupid. Probably the latter.

And they changed the ladder match cause Vince doesn't watch the Hardys and MNM tagging together anymore. Then he made Benoit and Hardyz vs. MNM and MVP. |

Betcha Cena/Michaels lose them to Hass and Benjamin, and then WGTT face Cryme Tyme for the belts at WM23 (either that or a four way tag-team brawl at WM, with WGTT, Cryme Time, Highlanders, and Cade/Murdoch) |

Yes...that makes perfect sense...if you look at it in the "Internet Newz covering its tracks" explanation of Vince changing his mind. D&D getting the ladder match cancelled is nice, if you excuse the term, "heat" for the young team. Who took the match away in the wonderful world of "kaybefae"? Deuce and Domino. Up until now, how were they heels? They were just a dominant team that beat the champs a couple of times. This "move" makes them look evil to the crowd. Of course, I can be wrong. Maybe Vince is senile...but really, taking everything as truth isn't a good way to look at "wrestling newz" |

What happened to Cryme Tyme being #1 contenders? They never have been, they won a "The winners get a tag title shot sometime in the future" match....we are still in the present not the future yet  |
