Instead of the briefcase, put both belts up there.

You grab the IC title, you're the IC champ. You grab the U.S. title, you're the U.S. champ. You grab both ... you're allowed to go on both shows until you lose one. Or they become unified again, but I kinda like the brand split. (I'm one of very few, I know ... so sue me.)
