I was about to vote for The Patriot, then I realized that Del Wilkes only had moderate success with the gimmick in Japan.

I'll go with Hacksaw...
Hogan was All American in a more cheesy and "subtle" way, kinda like Rocky in Rocky IV, while Duggan was 100% flag-waving, USA chanting proud American.
