heres my hof idea, they should induct simmons. why u ask? well think about it, jbl inducts him, simmons gets up to make his induction speech. whilst the fans are cheering, he looks left, he looks right, then says DAMN! and walks away. his whole speech summed up by one word, i would love to see him in the hof just for that.

It would be very fitting. It would be like Lex Luger being inducted with the words, "I DON'T KNOWWWWWWW!" with that guy from Superbrawl Sunday inducting him.

If they could do an Acolytes reunion match at WM 23, i'd mark out. Especially if they beat the crap out of the Miz and sent him packing. Combine this with JBL actually doing the commentary for the APA's evisceration of Miz and you have pure gold, I think. |

I'd be up for Ron Simmons being inducted. He is a former wcw champion and multiple tag champion + he was the leader of the nation of domination for a while.
If Volkoff is in Ron Simmons should get in.

Cause he only got the title cause he was black and being a good tag team wrestler shouldnt get you into the HOF... Then why were the Blackjacks inducted? Also, unless he's Jay Lethal, the "because you're black" explination doesn't work. Furthermore Ron's done a lot of behind the scenes PR work since retiring from active wrestling so he's an important asset to the WWE and thus does deserve to be in the hall for that and all other reason's mentioned. |

The only reason people want him in the HoF is because he has become a fad around the boards. His, "DAMN," schtik lost its appeal after two weeks, and is just stupid. If you put him into the HoF based on his credentials, there are a few dozen other guys who deserve to be inducted before him. Look at a guy like JBL, definetly not HoF worthy, but his credentials equal thse of Ron Simmons.

Great, he does PR, lets inducted Hillbilly Jim with him. He's been doing PR for the company a lot longer than Simmons has and is just as of an, "important asset." |

While I think him saying that hackneyed catchphrase would kill off what the legacy of what Ron Simmons is, I agree he should be inducted. He put in his time, he's worked his ass off. Just a nice speech. He can end it with "Damn" but let him friggin' express his feelings behind the honor. But yes, I think he deserves a spot. |

Forget the color of the man's skin.
