He's doing nothing heelish, he's defending the business, he's showing his pride in his work, he's expressing how everyone should be dedicated to what they do. Carlito's the one who looks pissed, yet people claim Flair is the one who's gonna turn heel? Heck, Carlito even looked like HE was gonna be the one to turn heel, yet he shook Flairs hand. This will end up in a heel turn for Carlito.

I sadly don't think this will end in anything. I didn't see the point of it at all. If you're not going to turn Flair, at least have Carlito do...something. This was just like every other recent Flair match, except Flair actually won.

I don't think Flair is going heel. I think Carlito snaps and goes heel again.

I agree that Carlito will go on a losing streak then just snap and go heel again.

Because Ric Flair always turns heel. Always. Throughout his career from the 1970s through today, Ric Flair always turns heel at some point or another.
SWERVE!!!

Well, after last night, Carlito is definitely more likely to turn heel.
OR he might join Flair on the Dark Side. They already did Bad Carlito v.s. Good Flair. Will people want to see the reverse? At least the IC title was at stake at that point.
Both of them going bad? A swerve no one's expecting.

its gonna end with Torrie taking a backcracker. Is there really any other way it can end? Its Randy Orton all over again! A young heel that gets over, gets turned face and does very little, gets a girlfriend, turns on girlfriend and goes heel, the end.

Flair will transition from wrestler to Carlito's manager.....
Flair needs the money, but shouldn't wrestle anymore....
To keep Flair on TV, they'll make Flair Carlito's manager....

What about a WrestleMania match with both men going career vs. career? Carlito shows how serious he is by putting his career on the line. Carlito goes over and retires Flair... for a few months anyway.
It's a WrestleMania emotional moment.

Flair will transition from wrestler to Carlito's manager..... Flair needs the money, but shouldn't wrestle anymore.... To keep Flair on TV, they'll make Flair Carlito's manager.... Flair wouldn't make a good face manager. He would however make a fantastic heal manager. If he converts to his old style of wearing the best suits, driving the best cars and wearing the most expensive watches he could promise that anyone he manages will get to live the high life. This will make a perfect "you sold out" heal turn scenario every time someone joins his stable. Flair, being fantastic on the mic can be a perfect mouthpiece for guys with poor mic skills. Flair has the charisma to draw attention to himself. But more important -- as he displayed during his Horseman days -- he has the ability to step into the background and let his clients have the spotlight so that he never outshines them. And of coarse we can't forget interference. Even as a manager in suit and tie, Flair would never be one to pass up the chance to throw off the coat and get in a few chops. These are the perfect qualities for a successful heal manager. The same qualities that made men like Bobby "The Brain" Heenan, "Classy" Freddy Blassie and Captain Lou Albano so successful. I'm not in a hurry to see "The Nature Boy" retire, but when he does he (unlike most others) does have the qualities to make it as a manager.

Maybe a new Evolution? With Orton as the obsessive world Champion than you have Flair as the the wise old vetern(just as he was in Evolution), Than have Masters as the monster heel bodyguard, and have Carlito as the cocky young guy. I would love for this to happen honestly and it's actually could.

I guess it wouldn't be a big surprise, but it would be a big emotional moment and a star-making match for Carlito.
