We have two main events with 4 faces involved (Batista/Undertaker, Michaels/Cena), and another match with 2 heels (Edge/Orton).
Someone has to turn. It's inevitable. I say Cena turns heel (snapping after losing to Michaels and beating him into unconsciousness) and Edge turns face.
Any other ideas?

My reply to this as always, in the Hogan/Rock match both were faces.

Batista heel turn. He's going to get booed badly and he's lost a lot of steam recently.
Edge face turn. They better start teasing it soon though, he's been acting as heelish as ever recently.

I thought HBK SCMing Cena was a harbringer of a heel turn for Micheals.
Edge will turn face as he has shown he could work that way. Orton never really worked as one. But they need to keep Edge and the Hardys seperated because it would remind some fans and cause a forced heel turn for Edge

Cena as Top Face sells. No way WWE will cut their merc sales by turning heel the most over Superstar (like him or not).
Edge has been built as RAW's top heel more or less since 2005, and he's still working well, so once again why drop somthing that's kinda working?
Batista? See Cena, John. And besides, Taker won't be around that long, thus leaving SmackDown!'s Top Face spot open... for who exactly?
HBK doesn't want to go heel, and he's in Flair's territory now... Crowds won't boo him (bar Canadians)
Undertaker turning would add little to his legacy, and he's not gonna work full time either.
Orton? Did we forget his awfulness as a face? I didn't...
Bottom line: face v face and heel v heel matches CAN work well, without the need of a turn. And pretty much all the Superstars involved are currently doing just fine.
If it ain't broken...

there's no way they can turn Ortard face - he is just too hated. Most people I know have attributed the dreaded phenomenon of 'X-Pac heat' to Ortard - he's just too hate-able. That smug face, that lantern jaw - everything about him! Personally I hope Cena and Batista go over to the Dark Side...

why would they turn Edge? He's the only half decent heel they have.

Cena as Top Face sells. No way WWE will cut their merc sales by turning heel the most over Superstar (like him or not). -Thats true, but it would be better for him in the long run I believe.
Edge has been built as RAW's top heel more or less since 2005, and he's still working well, so once again why drop somthing that's kinda working? -I can't imagine Edge as a face, the way he is. If they turned him face the E would end up butchering his character. If they turned him face, he would have to be an Anti-Hero of sorts.
Batista? See Cena, John. And besides, Taker won't be around that long, thus leaving SmackDown!'s Top Face spot open... for who exactly? -Batista was better as a heel. There are others to fill that face spot. HHH is one, whenever he comes back. Benoit is another.
HBK doesn't want to go heel, and he's in Flair's territory now... Crowds won't boo him (bar Canadians) -How do you know he doesn't want to? They would boo his ass if he did something horrid. Like, kicking Cena's head off or something. Its all in the writing.
Undertaker turning would add little to his legacy, and he's not gonna work full time either. -I agree with this
Orton? Did we forget his awfulness as a face? I didn't... -Yea, when he was a face, it set his career back so badly that he is now just recovering from it
Its been awhile since a good shocking heel/face turn. its all about the writing really. You can make both situations work.

I can't see Cena turning heel, after all they've done to try to push him as the ultimate hero, Michaels, I dunno, there's been talk that he never wants to go heel, but he kinda did with Hogan for about a month back in 2005, he could do the same thing here. Taker, I could see going heel against Batista, just cause he's such a badass he could be on the fence the rest of his career. As far as Orton/Edge-we already saw how bad an Orton face run was, and Edge, I just don't see that either

I dont understand why seemingly everyone thinks someone HAS to turn. I think its possible, but not really needed.
Turning Cena makes no sense at this point. Hes getting much more positive reactions now, why turn him now?
HBK i think would be an intriguing turn, but I think hes said hes not interested in being a full time heel again.
Batista is the most likely to turn IMO. I havent seen Royal Rumble yet, but I think i've seen some people say the crowd was cheering Kennedy over him so thats a bad sign. No question the fans will choose Taker over him any day of the week. I'm not a 'Tista hater, im just saying very few people will get the reaction that Taker does.
Do Not Turn Edge Face!! Terrible idea. Hes the best heel on Raw and has been for a while now. Why mess with that? I do think it could work, but I just think now's not the time.
Turn Orton face? yeah, because that worked so well last time. He was on his way to becoming, IMO, a huge star back then. But then they screwed it up and hotshotted a face turn.

Batista heel turn. He's going to get booed badly and he's lost a lot of steam recently. Edge face turn. They better start teasing it soon though, he's been acting as heelish as ever recently. That sounds about right. Cena's not going to turn heel. I've hoped for it for so long and it never happened.

I don't think that the crowd would get behind Edge if he turned face. Orton would have to do so...you know, since his August 2004-February 2005 face run was so successful.
As for the RAW main event, HBK turning heel would work much better than Cena. He did it quite well 2 years ago against Hogan.

-Orton made a horrible face. He wasn't ready for a face turn when they gave it to him.
-While inmy opinion Edge has lost some steam since he lost Lita but he stil is one of the top heels in the WWE.
-I liked HBK as a heel, but DX wouldn't work with him as a heel. And i'm not interested in another HHH/HBK fued. it's been done to death already.
-If Undertaker loses at Mania, then Batista is an automatic heel. People will boo his ass out of the arena.
-An Undertaker heel turn would be different. he was an awesome heel back in 2002.
-And there is no way in hell that Cena will turn heel. All the 10 year olds won't have an idol anymore.

Why fix something that isnt broke? All 6 guys mentioned are really good in their roles right now and will help make this a very memorable wrestlemania.

Cena keeps belt over Michaels. Triple H comes back and goes after the belt on Cena. DX reforms. Michaels turns on Triple H leading to a title match at Summerslam. Michaels wins.

Edge Vs Orton isn't a confirmed match yet for Mania is it? I think Edge and Orton are both going to be in the MITB match and not in a one on one match against each other.
