says "here comes Kenny, don't call me Lenny, Dykstra" or possibly my LEAST favorite "nice move by Johnny, don't call me Monday, Nitro". Does anyone find it entertaining?

At first I liked the "Johnny Don't call me Monday Nitro" thing but, it got old fast.

He's really bad. He's no Chris Berman. Berman is the master of the name game.

Yes. You don't have to finish the sentence, and I didn't read any of the posts, but my answer is still yes.

says "here comes Kenny, don't call me Lenny, Dykstra" or possibly my LEAST favorite "nice move by Johnny, don't call me Monday, Nitro". Does anyone find it entertaining? As a Mets fan, I find it revolting that they are pissing on Nails like that. Kenny wishes he could hold Lenny's jock strap. Ross is entertaining, but he does get on my nerves at times. We need something he can sink his teeth into. When Michaels was sqaushing McMahon at WM last year, that was a fantastically called match. When Ross screamed to "keep kicking the SOB's ass," I almost lost it.

This thread couldn't have come at a better time because I was just telling a friend of mine last week when we were watching Raw how I hate the "don't call me monday Nitro" comments. It's so stupid, corny, and dumb. I will humbley admit that as much as JR gets on my nerves and I want to punch him in the face, no one is as well rounded of a play by play guy as Jim Ross. He knows how to call the action, throw a little color commentary and helps the wrestlers get stories across to us(No, that wasn't a shot at Joey Styles. I was just stating a point )

well.... You don;t miss him, until he is gone QFT. As soon as he leaves the booth, IT'S ALL WE HERE, so this whole thread is pretty funny. Oh, and the fruity skittles thing? Really bad.

It's not JR's fault-we all know what he's capable of, he AND Schiavone were a great combo in the NWA-Vince and Bischoff got to them and helped create what you hear today

I'll miss him when he's gone. Although he really only seems to put Cena over nowadays, I remember years back when he'd get fired up during midcard matches.
