WSX Contracts iron-clad? Two year deals?

Regarding Matt Sydal, Ruckus and now Joey Ryan, people close to them say that WWE contacted them as they were interested in them once their WSX contracts expire. However, WWE sources are saying that all three individuals contacted WWE first. Also, they are under iron-clad contracts with WSX, not to mention that they are not under short-term deals. Apparently, Teddy Hart's deal is two years long, and thus it won't be expiring within the next few months, obviously. Due to all this, WWE isn't going to use them and they have no major interest in any of them.

So does this mean we won't see Colt Cabana in WWE till 2009?

I hope not. But then again, if WSX goes under before then, I doubt they'll honor these contracts

Teddy Hart says (I know thats a bad way to start a sentence, but stick with me) that the contracts options for the 2nd season... his is supposedly 4 years, and that MTV probably wouldn't release people if they pick up the show for another season.

* "When my activities with MTV are finished, I'll be heading straight to the WWE as fast as I can," said Teddy Hart. He would love to be there now, but he is unable to get out of his contractual agreement at this time. He is attempting to get a release sometime in March

* Said if MTV gets a new season, they may not release him. At this point in time, the network doesn't know what is going on.

* WSX has a one season deal. If the project is picked up again, Hart will have a four season agreement with MTV. After the possible seasons are finished filming, Hart could go directly to WWE without trouble.

They've all already gone back to the indy feds they came from, I guess they are just not allowed on other Wrestling TV shows now.

Maybe, but Colt and Joey Ryan have jobbed in WWE some time ago, and it hasn't turned into a developmental deal yet. I'm hopeful, but they can't turn down stuff and wait around just for a DSW/OVW trial chance.
