Now that Trips is on the shelf and Vince could possibly be panicking for a solution. Let's say down the road he decides to start over. Ends the brand extension, he and his family step aside and now are just financial support. They are leaving one person in charge and that person is you. Who would you decide to be your first huge star to be the "new face" of WWE?
Personally, although Edge was the main (if not only) reason I had tuned into any WWE programming in the last year. And although I was craving him for him to be champion even before he was even in the hunt. I have to go with CM Punk. Seeing all of is ROH stuff just proves how cut out for what this business should be he is. His charisma his ring ability his awesome AFI entrance, most noteably his Trilogy with Joe was some of the most exciting wrestling moments and the last few years. He has the potential to be a huge star. The only thing standing in his way is his non chemically enhanced body. I see him going no where as loing as he is a part of WWE.
If I was in charge I would base the promotion on what it should have been about in the first place. Athleticism, honor, and respect. Something I feel Punk would represent well. And if not anything he also has the potential to be a good locker room leader as I heard he was in ROH.

Either Benjamin, Kennedy, Burchill or Helms. Can't decide which

It's between Edge and Kennedy, and I'd go Edge just because he's proven.

Punk is a fabulous choice. He's totally marketable and could be big money in the near future.

I'd hire an acting coach for Shelton Benjamin, and push him to the moon. CM Punk would get his shine, but I can't ignore pure athletic awesomeness and All American wrestling ability when it's right in my face.

Punk is really over right now, so he would be an easy choice, but Kennedy is like the Roddy Piper of right now, I don't know, I can't decide

No one, because booking someone to be the "Next Big Thing" is destined to fail.

I voted Edge.
I honestly doubt the WWE fans would ever buy into Punk, simply because of his look, no matter how good he is.
