I think that Raw could really use him now that there aren't any good wrestling faces on Raw, or go back to his roots in Smackdown to give the title some credibility. Thoughts??

Isn't he already on SD? Why would he be going "back"
And yes, SD! is great and RAW needs soooooooo much help, a meaningful Benoit push would be fun.

I think a full on Draft Lottery is long overdue. We could use some new faces on RAW.

I wouldn't be against a shake-up. I actually think Smack Down is the most stable with talent right now, which is odd because there were times in 2006 when Smack Down looked to be in awful shape.

RAW needs a draft lottery badly.
RAW also needs new writers badly.

With HBK taking time off too, that's not a bad idea at all. Cuz realistically who's left besides Cena? Hardy and Carlito I guess?

Here's an idea: stop trying to overwork the wrestlers, and don't create three brands if you are clueless in keeping them stable.

Benoit? No, he's jumped way too much since the brand extension started. I would like to see a smackdown heel win the Rumble and challenge Cena at Wrestlemania, though. (Kennedy or Booker to be specific)

I don't think ECW can afford to give up much talent right now, but I've tried to come up with a little talent swap scenario. I tried to give each roster six new talents. Note that ECW doesn't give up as many talents as Raw and Smack Down does. Please note that I didn't put to much thought into this:
Raw gets: Ken Kennedy (done with the Undertaker feud), Matt Hardy, Tatanka, Joey Mercury (would need to be on Raw if Nitro, Jeff, and Matt were on it), Daivari, Jillian Hall Smack Down gets: Carlito, Shelton Benjamin, Charlie Haas, Viscera, Rob Conway, Rene Dupree (possibly he and Conway would reunite with Sylvan)
ECW gets: Finlay, Super Crazy, Boogeyman (may fit in better on Sci-Fi), Johnny Jeter (Spirit Squad), Snitsky (rumors say he is going), Val Venis

I dont want kennedy on raw considering he'll job to cena in about 5 minutes his debut night I don't blame you, but in my theorectical talent swap scenario, Raw had to get something from Smack Down. I didn't want to move Benoit because he has had to switch brands like 3 or 4 times now. I would rather send Batista to Raw instead of Kennedy, but I thought that there was no chance of that taking place.

I dont want kennedy on raw considering he'll job to cena in about 5 minutes his debut night Well then at least it's Khali that will ultimately meet his demise instead right? Exactly. Instead of looking good by beating an established and worthy star, Cena can look good by beating an undefeatable monster-type. And if anyone from Smackdown had to jump, I would imagine King Booker would fit in on Raw, not that I want him jumping. I wouldn't want anyone jumping, especially after all the hard work Michael Hayes has put in.

I wouldn't be against a shake-up. I actually think Smack Down is the most stable with talent right now, which is odd because there were times in 2006 when Smack Down looked to be in awful shape. It is BECAUSE of your last point that SD had a chance to become so good. The death of Eddie; retirement of JBL; injuries to Benoit, Rey, Batista, etc.; and the liver enzyme fiasco heading into GAB forced the booking team to book wrestling and hope it stuck. They were backed into a corner. Remember going into that weekend, knowing who would be out, wonering how they'd fill a card with the remnants of a roster? Well, they did. Simply because they had to. And they did it because the show is booked by wrestlers - people who know the business. Look, then, at Raw, which has sitcom writers. In their mind, you just write someone out and go along without them. Mention them to keep in mind, but otherwise progress with the status quo. Only add new faces to freshen it up when necessary. Never rock the boat when it's doing good enough. That's fine for episodic TV, but not for fake sports. Wrestling needs to be a rvolving door of talent, so that everyone who is on the roster can be a theoretical draw, or at least make people glad they came/watched/paid to see it. They need to be replaced by people who know the business. Imagine a Michael Hayes-run SD, a Dusty Rhodes-run Raw, and a Paul E.-run ECW, with Vince/Steph only giving input as to the major angles they wanted run and the direction of the company in general. Instead we have Smackdown and 2 shows the McMahons can't help but screw up at every turn.
