Thumper gave fame to the phrase: "If you can't say nothin' nice, don't say nothin' at all."
You can call it giving the devil his due, or whatever. Fact is, we can dislike someone and still see their merit.
Find anyone on the roster you dislike, but can say something nice about them. Not a backhanded compliment, (ex. "At least Khali squashes are short.) I mean legit nice things.
I'll start.
Batista: The guys has a legit good look for business. He's huge, tough looking, and usually dresses nice. Also, with the right guys, he can have a good match.
Boogeyman: I'm coming around on him, he's improved. He's got a look that's hard to hate, cuts funny promos, and is over. He took an odd gimmick, and lives it.

Shawn Michaels' overselling and general cheesiness on camera is comedy

OK, I'll try.
Cena, while not my favorite, it is very obvious that he honestly loves what he does and cares about the business. This is very refreshing, given the "just in it for the money" attitudes we've seen before.
Mark Henry is a genuinely nice person.
Kahli, by all accounts is a humanitarian of the highest degree, and if for nothing else deserves respect for what he does to help those in his home village.
Micheal Cole, well...damn it, this one's hard. He was a very good journalist, and his documentary Voices from Bosnia is incredibly well done.

I really like Batista when his character is about outsmarting people more than just overpowering them. He plays that role very well, which few people probably could.
Khali made me laugh quite a lot with that celebration of his. I could buy him as a huge goof that gets steered in the wrong direction by his translator.
Orton is able to keep the fans into him after everything that has happened. He clearly has the stuff to be a long term success.
Morrison is tremendously athletic and tries extremely hard to put over anyone he gets in the ring with.

Orton has some good moves in his arsenal, and can put on a good match.

There are very few people in the business I dislike, but here goes:
Batista: He's got a GREAT look for the business.
...honestly I can't really think of anyone else.

It's a big reason I made this thread, since I can always find some good in people. Khali: He's spending the money in a very commendable way. In WWE, I don't think he's hurt anyone, and has gone out of his way not to.

Silver King's in ring work combined with El Dandy's charisma would make the ultimate cruiser weight champion.

Test had the occassional good match. I thought he was alright, until he started having Stacy out there with him. That was just awful.

Orton is really good at being an unlikable douche.
John Morrison's finisher is visually impressive.
Khali is a fine example of how to use fame and fortune to improve people's lives.
Kevin Nash cuts a good promo.

Cena seems like a genuine nice guy and not a douche
Orton has a killer body and youth on his side which can lead to him being a mainstay
Lashley might be green, but the moves he can pull off, he pulls of well
