They beat La Resistance or whatever they were called. I hate when they job out the tag champs...or any tag team comprised of good wrestlers, to one guy. It makes them look so weak.

Just last year, HHH/HBK did it all the time. Spirit Squad and Cade & Murdoch were the big victims.

Hell Cena did it, not just against the tag champs, but the team of the tag champs and the IC champion, Oooomanga.

Yeah it's been happening a lot as of recently, needs to stop
In fact the whole "overcoming the odds" for anyone needs to be toned down about 100 times. Don't you have anything better to offer the faces?

I think it more stems from the complete and utter lack of respect WWE creative has for Tag wrestling. Too often (In the last few years) we've gone spells where no tag teams are ever seen, let alone wrestling, and then they suddenly the champs show up to job to some monster. The thigs they'll do to putcertain wrestlers over. |

The whole idea of jobbing out the wrestlers that are supposed the best tag team in the entire world to one person is never a good idea.

Is it just me or does nobody know how to run a tag division anymore?
In the WWE, the main event guys go over the tag champs all the time.
In TNA, one person can hold the tag belts and not be expected to defend them for months.
In ROH...there's the Briscoes...and all is well.
I don't know what it is.

To be fair: Angle defended the belts after less than a month (w/Sting, remember)...though I never much liked the angle of him holding all the belts. And ROH, especially with the explosion of stables, has a pretty healthy tag scene beyond the Briscoes. |
