The early estimates are in for Summerslam 2007. This year's event is projected at 535,000 worldwide buys (or about 330,000 domestic buys). Last year's event did 541,000 PPV buys, which of course had far more star power with Hulk Hogan vs. Randy Orton and Mick Foley vs. Ric Flair.

Only losing 6,000 while not paying Hogan? Sounds like a profit to me...

That was certainly due to the excellent build for Booker T vs. the return of the King HHH.
Oh yeah and Rey Mysterio.

it was due to orton vs. cena i dont think many cared abotu the return of rey and the hunter/ booker feud sucked too
