"What?" is the most annoying by far. It's distracting to me, and I'm watching the show from my house dammit!!! I can't begin to imagine how much of a distraction it must be to the person giving the promo....I feel sorry for them when the crowd does it honestly because it's so disrespectful and it intended to be annoying.

It makes me cringe when I hear Michael Cole spit that phrase out in the "Don't Try This At Home" promos..
When JR said that about Mick Foley in that classic Hell In The Cell match with Taker, he MEANT IT. "GOD AS MY WITNESS, HE'S BROKEN IN HALF!" Michael Cole was running his finger down the list of "cool things to say to make the situation seem critical" stopped on that, and bastardized it with no remorse.
(Professor Frink voice) "Uhh.. He might be broken in half. BLAYVIN!"

When someone stands up to Vince and the announcer would scream "No one's ever talked to Mr. McMahon like that before!" or when the latest monster du jour attacks 'Taker and the announcer would scream "No one's ever manhandled the Undertaker like that before!" when we've seen plenty of faces stand up to Vince and plenty of monsters attack Undertaker
