No, hear me out.
Imagine - some young looking wrestler from OVW (not an established name from TNA) starts putting promo's on WWE.com which finally make their way to Raw.
They look like the sort of crap those pitiful "shooters" (ugh) on Youtube put out. He's in his bedroom speaking into the camera about how the WWE is lame and insults certain face wrestlers. He then says he's just been signed up by Mr McMahon, and he's going to do his best to make him proud etc.
So, after his first few matches more "shoots" are put on WWE.com and he could be the first wrestler to openly address and embrace the IWC.
Thoughts?

Good idea.
But I actually immediately thought of this as something Santino could do instead of a new guy. Otherwise it might seem a bit too random and cranky.

Nah, I'd rather not draw any attention to these idiots. If there was a character based on them, it would 'inspire' more people to do it. That's the last thing that we need.
Plus, imagine trying to explain this to Vince McMahon? I'd doubt if he has any knowledge of YouTube. He probably thinks it's a train or something.

If he didn't know youtube, there wouldn't be a lot of WWE videos being taken off 2 or 3 days after it is originally posted. Anyways, the premis would work better if it was a Dean Douglas type constructive criticism promo. He would attack certain faces such as John Cena saying he has little skill and he is winning is due to luck and strength, and then attacks guys like Cody Rhodes for being too inexperienced, hence why he isn't winning a lot. |

After all, the WWE videos being removed from YouTube are only because they are copyrighted material. If Vince didn't know what 'The Blair Witch Project' was in 1999, I don't think he has a chance in hell of knowing what YouTube is. |

I like this idea. They could have this guy talk smack about several WWE superstars on Youtube and then play those clips on RAW to get non-IWC fans interested.
It would take the right person to pull this off though. Someone with a touch of geek in him.
