www.youtube.com/watch?v=hfSwRcSasTMGod Paul Heyman did an awesome job of building him up www.youtube.com/watch?v=bQymdmA-G-8And this feud with the Undertaker was chocked full of awesomeness and I feel that if Heyman had been allowed back on tv that Heidenreich could have been huge on Smackdown but unfortunately Heidenreich became a road warrior and everybody's friend and he was sent to oblivion So in closing I've developed a poem for Heidenreich He debuted by beating up jobbers and destroying their soul And then disgusted all by raping Michael Cole He then feuded with Undertaker but was beaten into mush Than teamed with Animal....Oh What a Rush He next befriened everyone in the place Before he was wished well by Johnny Ace So This thread is for the appreciation for the one I liked The one you know as HEIDENREICH

I always liked Heidenreich, it might have been a guilty pleasure of mine.
The man should have had Snitsky spot on these boards as he is just as goofy, yet had better reactions to the crowd. Plus the guy was legit, and being as big as he is, anyone outside the Undertaker should fear him.

I loved Heidenreich.
While I can see why it might've seemed like a good idea at the time, I think the decision to have him tag with Animal ruined his WWE career.

Remember that contest that WWE had a few years ago for Stacker 2 Energy Drink, where you dress up as a WWE superstar and sell the product? I had an idea were I would dress up as Heidenreich and get someone else to play Paul Heyman.
Heyman: Okay, Heidenreich. Today, we're going to be doing a commercial for Stacker 2 Energy Drink. Now, all you have to do is read that cue card over there, remember to keep your head up, and most of all, smile! (Enter Heidenreich, in straitjacket) Heidenreich: Nooo..... Heyman: No? Whaddaya mean, "no"? Heidenreich: No cue cards... Heyman: But you have to read the card. Heidenreich: I wrote a poem... Heyman: A poem? Director: (oc) What's the holdup? Heyman: Heidenreich says he wrote a poem and he doesn't want to use the cue cards. Director: I don't have time for this. Just make him read the damn card. Heyman: Heidenreich, you need to read the cue card if we're going to... Heidenreich: RRRGGGHH!!! Heyman: Sir, can we PLEASE just let him read the poem? Director: Okay, fine! Let him read the poem. Heyman: Okay, where's the poem? (Heidenreich motions down to his tights) Heyman: Oh, come on... (Heyman reaches into Heidenreich's tights and pulls out a sheet of paper, holds it up for Heidenreich to read)
Heidenreich: Stacker 2 Energy Drink is good for ME! When I drink a can of it, you all will SEE! That I have power beyond what you would THINK! When I have my Stacker 2 Energy Drink! Vitamins and minerals, and fruit that's RIPE! Provide power and energy, for HeidenREICH! You will all FEAR ME when I step into the ring, I catch the buzz, they FEEL THE STING!!
(Heidenreich rips out of his straitjacket, chugs a can of Stacker 2, and smashes it on his head)
Heidenreich: And that...was a POEM...by HEIDENREICH! GAAAHHH!! (Heidenreich stomps away) Heyman: Um, cut, please?

So I see for Heidenreich the two-year window for changing your opinion on a wrestler you hated is up?

If he coulda lived up to the good Heyman buildup he woulda been interesting. As it was, he was Snitsky levels of terrible.

He wasn't THAT bad, but the Road Warrior thing killed him.
