If Batista was still on Raw and Cena was still on Smackdown who would be the WWE and World Champions right now?
(Let's assume Cena is not hurt because he hadn't wrestled Kennedy since Kennedy went to Raw.)

Cena would be over and liked by most people as WHC champ I think.

I'd have to say that Cena would be champion on Smackdown and Trips would be the champ on RAW. Im not saying Batista would never be the RAW champ, Im just saying he would nt be the champ right now. Also Id think they would Batista be a heel

It'd have been slightly less stale for both men.
Cena would have been more well received on SmackDown: the more character-oriented brand, and would have carried the show better during the "Curse" period.
Batista on RAW could have worked with more interesting (and better) Superstars, who'd have helped in "hiding" his weaknesses.

Batista and Cena would still be drinking Coca Cola, Punk having not shown them the error of their ways.

Cena would be doing fine, Batista probably would have been fired.

The thing I think of is what the Cena Eddie storyline would have been like(assuming They did they same thing with Cena that they ended up doing with Dave on SD)

Their booking would be completely different.
I noticed something when Batista had a mini feud with Deuce n' Domino. During the one-on-one matches, he was very dominent because he was a former World Champion. Obviously, he's going to have the advantage. However, during tag team matches, he was always beaten down pretty bad, and never got a tag team win over them via pinfall. In that situation, Deuce n' Domino had the advantage, and it showed during their matches.
If it was John Cena and on Raw, Cena would beat both Deuce and Domino in under 5 minutes. And Cena actually did team up with Candice Michelle and beat Cade, Murdoch and Umaga. That would be the biggest difference. Cena wouldn't be booked so insane like he was during his title run.

I'd like to point out that if they didn't switch brands, Cena would still of been WWE champ, since the belts used to be on opposite shows. He wouldn't be WHC.

We would never had the Edge-Cena feud on Raw. With Edge being the only guy having any kind of sucess vs Cena. To be fair, The Taker-Batista would not have happened and that feud is pretty interesting.
