Looking back on the history or wrestling, watching old shows, I just got to say, what was going through the heads of some of these promoters when they thought, "Hey I bet the girl's love you"
So the question, how many guys have had some kind of pretty boy gimmick, only he probably as ugly or plain as everyone else back then.
Sure there are people you just dont' like but you can see something in that other people would enjoy out of say Jeff Hardy, John MOrrison, or even Cena ....
Speaking of whick, but dude, what's up with the Miz going around being a Chick Magnet character when he's on the same show as John Morrison. And they're both heels. If anything, Morrison should have a harem of groupies to go along with his rockstar/psuedo cult-like personality.
I always wondered how the Rock and Roll express were supposed to be taken seriously as Heart throbs. Good grief, I know mullets were the in thing back in the day, but damn, that was the best that hte 80's and nwa could come up with?
Seriously, any of you from the 80's, especially women... did anyone really want a piece of this?
I always got a laugh out of E & C trying to get into Teen bop. Edge I could kind of see at the time before he became hobotastic, but Christian always looked like a hippie before he got his haircut.
On a side note, up until his face turn I couldn't see the big deal about Shawn Michaels. But dude once he turned face, got rid of the mullet, and changed his tights with cow design on them, dude even I could tell how damn good looking this man was.
And was Tommy Dreamer for real on the ecw dvd. He was a Pretty boy?
