I've finished the first two discs already, and I'm looking to polish off the last one tonight after work. Just thought I'd get anyone else's thoughts on it.
- It pretty much figures my favorite matches on the first disc would have Ultimo Dragon in them. I wish to hell they'd put the AWESOME World War 3 '96 match on there, but no such luck.
- Listening to Dusty whenever Mike Tenay pointed out something; kinda makes me think Dusty had a tiny crush on the Professor. Always agreeing with him n' whatnot. Scolding Heenan for interrupting Tenay...Hmm....
- I don't care what anyone says, Blitzkrieg RULLLLLES.
- I could not finish the Super Calo match. Awful. Just awful.
- I have to take issue with Michael Cole; I'm fairly certain Rey has never called the rolling sunset flip a "torito", and I'm also quite sure he hasn't since.
- Haha, Sakoda...I miss that guy.
- Jesus, did anyone remember Rey/Chavo from GAB '04 being so damn long? That thing went for ages it seemed...
Anyone else? Huh? Did'ja get it? Huh? Huh? C'mon, I know someone did.

If you can find it at a cheap price, then I say its worth a shot. I certainly like it, and you can't go wrong with some genuine WCW Cruiserweight action. If you find it in a discount/used DVD store, then I say its a definite buy.

I was all ready to buy this thing until i found out it wasn't about Rey Mysterio. It's actually about that little sack of shit Rey Jr! Nice how they forget to mention that, hoping that people wont notice and still buy it.

Scolding Heenan for interrupting Tenay...Hmm.... - I don't care what anyone says, Blitzkrieg RULLLLLES. I haven't picked it up yet, I got the 619 DVD though which is good, but this one looks a lot better. Anyway, a few notes on those quotes... I liked that about Dusty on commentary. Heenan would interrupt Tenay on occassion, but Shiavonne would do so CONSTANTLY. It just made the announcing bush league in my opinion, when you have an announcer talking over others (ditto with Madden). You could tell Dusty valued and respected Tenay's insight and input. And yes, Blitzkreig ruled. I remember when I first saw him, I started marking like mad because he of the German connection. It's a shame in some respects that his career didn't last as long as it did, but I'm sorta glad that he got out and got back to a normal life as a computer programmer.

Him and Chavo Classic could party or something.

I picked it up at Wal-Mart yesterday for only $15. Aside from the egregious typos in the booklet, I can't say anything bad about this set. And as many of you have already noted...freakin' Blitzkrieg man!

I know it's probably a foregone conclusion, but did they show anything of Rey unmasked? Probably not.

I got it for $17 at the wal-mart in my area. a good price For a 3-disc set considering they had the Undertaker 15 and zero dvd(a single disc with mostly highlights I believe) for the exact same price. I also have the ray mysterio 619 disc(I got it as a free add on dvd when I bought Wrestelmania 22). With the exception of 4 matches also on the Mysterio 619 all the matches on the new set are all new to dvd. All the WCW stuff is awesome. They should do a 3-disc set of the WCW cruiserweight matches featuring all new matches never before released on dvd before. That dvd would sell like crazy. I would feature a bunch of La Parka ad El Dandy matches on that set.

This DVD is actually good and nice too see them put every match with both wrestlers entrance where in most other WWE DVD Documentaries they only show the one entrance....
There is no Rey without the masking wrestling as they kinda jump from WCW '98 into his first WWE match against Chavo.....I liked seeing Juvi with a mask...Super Calo and others...including Blitzkreig If you are a WCW fan or even a WWE fan I would buy this DVD....
one note about the blitzkreig/Rey match is that Blitzkrieg I think does a Moonsault on Rey but never covers Rey for the pin but the referee in the match "Johnny Boone" starts the cout and you see Blitzkreig shake his no to the ref as he gets up for another move...I think the ref got to a full two count before Blitzkreig did it...anyway go ahead and buy it....

Yo mean it's not 2 discs of him talking about Eddie and 1 disc of him jobbing every week while he was the World Champion?
