ECW vs. TNA (Updated on Page 7)

Black Reign and Kurt Angle in a wheel chair isn't my idea of entertainment.

I love it how you can put two things together, and all of the sudden the haters, and mysteriously quiet supporters pop up and a heated argument erupts.

I'm going to throw the word current infront of all the TNA guys you mentioned and say I agree.

It really astonishes me how TNA manages to take away that "something special" from every former "superstar" they get their hands on.

How has TNA taken anything away from Sting and Angle? The have the most intense feud going in wrestling. Angle held every title and Sting is a 2 time champ and tag team champ. Seems both are doing well.

Angle has taken away from Angle. HE is fraking washed up, his head is swollen both a physical ailment and ego. After every atch there is a backstage thing with Angle like he is the star. The Sting (all ring work aside) with the hangin out in dark rafters and his family wbeing in segments. That Angle thing at Stings kids football game was awful dude.

Oddly enough, people loved ECW's Wrestling Machine. But yeah, I don't find Angle as interesting in TnA for some reason. I don't know what they're doing, but yeah nobody really seems like a big deal over there. I still blame the impact zone mostly. Sure the booking sucks, but that crappy soundstage with it's 500 or so audience, makes it look bushleague.

When I go to a WWE event or watch it on TV, everyone in that ring from the low card to main event status feels like a "superstar". Their's no real way to explain it. They all feel famous, like movie stars. They feel larger than life.

When I watch TNA, I'm seeing Sting and Angle, once two of the biggest stars in wrestling, lose their "mystique", "their aura", they look and feel washed up (even if they can still go at it in the ring). Plus, wrestling in a TV studio in front of those small crowds doesn't help.

All the TNA titles in the world won't help that.

I mean quiet supporters in you almost never see people talk how good Tommy Dreamer, Balls Mahoney, the Miz are, and yet you put ECW on Sci fi, we all of the suddent have a discussion or how much one show sucks compared to the other.

who are the haters? have you been to the wrest of wrestling section? There's like 5 guys defending TnA while everyone else is trying to point out how it doesn't make any sense.

Angle being at Sting's Son game was terrific because of the purpose of it. It made the feud more than just the title, It made it personal betwwen Sting-Angle

This man has a point. I do prefer ECW. Maybe it's the one hour thing. TnA all of the sudden feels ridiculously long.

Plus the Office and Scubs are on at 9, and NBC is pretty much the reason I don't watch TnA on Thursday to begin with.

I understand the reasoning, but it was shot awfully, the acting was really bad, it consumed the entire show. These guys didn't deserve that much time.

Sting isn't supposed to be "human". If he's supposed to have a son and be a normal guy, lose the friggen face paint, weirdo. It just doesn't make any sense.

And Kurt Angle went from all american, fake goodie two shoes kind of a doofy guy, but the second that bell rang he become a wrestling machine, to weird creep whose stalking a guys son.

I'll probably go with ECW, the lesser of two evils here. iMPACT! being replayed on Saturdays did factor into my decision though.

So Sting shouldn't have face paint because he has a Son? Sting has never been billed as "Not Human". Undertaker as been billed as not human and called the deadman, But he still went after DDP when he was stalking Sara.
