Sting isn't supposed to be "human". If he's supposed to have a son and be a normal guy, lose the friggen face paint, weirdo. It just doesn't make any sense. And Kurt Angle went from all american, fake goodie two shoes kind of a doofy guy, but the second that bell rang he become a wrestling machine, to weird creep whose stalking a guys son. So Sting shouldn't have face paint because he has a Son? Sting has never been billed as "Not Human". Undertaker as been billed as not human and called the deadman, But he still went after DDP when he was stalking Sara. He was under the American Badass gimmick during that time. He was dressed as a biker guy. He was "human" than. So, no, it's really not the same. As weird as it sounds, the WWE succeeded in making it work. TNA has not.

Sting makes me sad. No offense to his effort, but I have always found him to be lame. His mic skills are horrible. And nice hair, douche.
Give up "the Crow" gimmick. That movie is like 13 years old.

So no, Sting isn't being billed as not human.

It's ridiculous he still dresses that way with his new character. WCW Sting, during the "crow" gimmick, was a mysterious bad ass. He was certainly billed as more than human.

Then went back to his old look (still with a touch of red in it). When he told Jarrett he would be facing Steve Borden instead of Sting, It would have been pretty cool for Sting to be Steve Borden. I see your point though, Because when he first went to the crow look, He was killing the NWO. Kicking ass and taking names. Now, Its the same look but a more calm Sting. Not as ruthless as when first went crow. So if thats what you mean, Then I agree. Its a good point.

I disagree, 95% of TNA shows is better than Punk Morrison these days. Yeah because Team 3d killing the X division for no reason has meaning, and The knockouts division is adding so much to the program, and Black Machismo is so entertaining, and Sharkboy and Eric Young are so good, and Robert Roode in the same storyline with Tracy instead of Eric, and Rikishi being awful, and the new AJ Styles is so awesome to watch he is way better now then he was mere years ago... TNA IMpact is currently the smurfing worst in pro wrestling. ECW is way smurfing better. in my opinion: team 3d starting a feud with the x division > a midget winning the belt, making cruiserweights look dumb and retiring the division kong, gail and nikki roxx can wrestle circles around maria, candice and whoever the new diva conest winner will be. black machismo is entertaining in the ring and his promos are short for the most part which is good because that is where he struggles. i prefer sharkboy and eric young to batista and chris masters. i would use this space to explain to you the differences between roode/young and roode/brooks, but i assume you know and are just trying to belittle tna. rikishi is awful which is why i think tna should get some credit for booking him so well. they put him primarily in multiman matches where he can do his part, and let other contribute to the match quality. a.j. is just as good in the ring, and better on the mic in his new role. even if he acts like a lackey, so what. christian made his career being a lackey. but that is how i look at it. obviously you and i watch wrestling for different reasons. When I watch TNA, I'm seeing Sting and Angle, once two of the biggest stars in wrestling, lose their "mystique", "their aura", they look and feel washed up (even if they can still go at it in the ring). so what makes them look and feel washed up, their mic work?

the new AJ Styles is so awesome to watch he is way better now then he was mere years ago... I realize that this was sarcasm, but you've unwittingly spoke the gospel truth. Heel AJ is honestly 10,000 times more entertaining than face AJ.

Where the hell did this come from about Sting EVER being booked as "supernatural"? All the kids could see him on that thick wire coming down from the rafters on Nitro!

Sci-Fi will not be airing ECW on Tuesday, December 4th due to a mini-series marathon. ECW will air Thursday, December 6th at 10 PM, head-to-head with the second hour of TNA Impact. Gerweck.net Well...I know which one I'll be watching... Considering TNA always has that saturday replay yeah ECW! ECW! ECW! Couple that with ECW being the best booked wrestling show on TV, and well you got a winner. I'm predicting Batista, Rey Mysterio, the Brothers of Destruction, and a CM Punk title defense.

Charisma was by far the weakest aspect of his character, and now his stuff is consistantly one of the highlights of Impact. People might be pissy that he's Christian's lackey now, but in the long run I think it's great for his character development.

I'm guessing some of you have things to do Saturday night, otherwise this sort of entertaining yet often silly debate (Team 3D destroying the X-Division and making the MCMG look stupid is better than Hornswaggle only making a Redneck Jamie Noble look stupid?)
Because iMPACT has a Saturday replay, and I doubt my college has Neilsen boxes, so my choices are clear (ECW on Tuesday, iMPACT Replay on Saturday)
Also, this is 5 weeks from now, things could change anyway with all those storylines mentioned.

I'll agree with this, not only has he halted the spot monkey stuff, he's actually found his niche as a character that I've actually gotten to like. I was a huge AJ hater because he was so bland and a spot monkey. now I partially like the dude

Hmm... I think I'll watch Impact first hour, ECW second hour, and catch the second hour of Impact on the replay Saturday. Impact's improved a lot since the second hour, and since my Tuesday nights are usually pretty busy, I miss ECW more often than not, so I want to catch both.

I'll be watching ECW. I really, really try to like TNA. I've tried so hard. Even with the two hours, I had such hopes. But it still feels like a scripted television show taped in a studio, with a ridiculously fast pace. Bingo-bango. I can't for the life of me regularly watch that program..which is ridiculous because I love guys like Jay Lethal, Alex Shelly and Chris Sabin. I don't know what it is about that show that I dislike..maybe its Tenay and West..or maybe it feels slightly like WCW..I can't put my finger on it but I can't enjoy it.

I think I may be more inclined to watch TNA, and probably check on ECW to see if Punk's wrestling and that's it as I don't really care for anyone else on that roster.

I will be watching TNA over ECW. TNA is an actual promotion while ECW is nothing but a develmental territory that is on national TV. TNA actually has wreslters who are far more interesting over all than anyone in ECW. I love Tommy, Balls, Stevie, Nunzio, and CM Punk, but at the same time I have no use for Morrison (come on really, what is he a porn star or something. That enterence looks like a bad porn shot and I don't understand a word that he says.) and the Miz. Morrison at least can have some decent matches with the same 2 or 3 people each week but Miz can't wrestle at all and has no charisma at all. I would rather see Disco Inferno for an hour than the Miz for a minute. I will be watching Impact while flipping to ECW during commercials to see how the same people wrestle each other each week.

I hate Disco Inferno and I'm glad I don't have to see him..ever...again.
