This is something I thought of last night after Raw finished. I've only written from now until Survivor Series, but I hope you can see where it's going.
I guess this is pretty long, but thanks for reading.
Monday, November 5th
As Monday Night Raw begins, D-Generation X, Shawn Michaels and Triple H, make their way out to the ring for the first time since January 2007. They do their usual routine, and then explain “that tonight, D-Generation X is back and we’ll give you something to remember.”
They are interrupted by the music of Mr. McMahon.
McMahon explains that tonight, there is an added stipulation to the match between DX and the team of Randy Orton and Umaga. If DX lose, then D-Generation X is over forever. Also, if they lose, they’ll be forced to have a match against each other next week – where the loser will get fired.
Later in the evening, the main event is underway. Orton and Umaga control much of the match, with DX only picking up steam towards the end of the match. Triple H sets up Orton for the Pedigree, but just as he’s about to do that, Michaels turns on him and delivers Sweet Chin Music to his partner.
Orton covers Triple H for the three-count, which means that D-Generation X is finished. At the top of the ramp, Mr. McMahon is standing there, smiling at Michaels as Raw goes off the air.
Monday, November 12th
Shawn Michaels comes out, but this time, he doesn’t do his entrance. He simply walks to the ring and grabs a microphone. He explains that he did what he did because it was an opportunity, and he wanted to be ‘the man’ again. He wouldn’t be able to do that while “carrying” Triple H.
Mr. McMahon interrupts. He thinks that Michaels is on his side, but HBK tells Vince that he did what he did for himself – not for Vince or anybody else. McMahon tells him that if he doesn’t follow orders, he’ll make sure that Shawn loses the ‘Loser Leaves WWE’ match tonight and he will never get a shot at the WWE Championship. He asks Michaels what his decision will be.
Before Shawn has a chance to answer, Triple H hits the ring. Michaels escapes through the crowd, and Vince runs up the ramp to avoid a beating. Triple H vows to find Michaels and beat the hell out him.
Various segments through the night show Triple H looking for Michaels. He storms into William Regal’s office and tears the place up, before demanding to know where Shawn is. Regal explains that he saw Shawn leave earlier in the evening, leaving doubts on if the evening’s main event is going to take place.
Triple H is waiting in the ring for the arrival of Shawn Michaels. Instead, though, he gets Mr. McMahon. As Shawn Michaels has been granted the evening off by McMahon “to think about his decision”, Triple H will be in another match. It’ll be a rematch from Cyber Sunday – Triple H taking on Umaga in a Street Fight. Also, the stipulation still stands - if Triple H loses, he leaves WWE.
As Michaels is not there, Triple H is trying to take his anger out on Umaga. But Umaga’s power is too much for him and the match starts to go in Umaga’s favour. Shawn Michaels has returned, and is standing on the stage. He makes his way down to the ring with a sledgehammer. Triple H is down in the ring, but HBK hits Umaga with the sledgehammer, sending him down. Mr. McMahon, who was watching the match from ringside, gets up from his chair and into the ring. Triple H stands up and smiles at Michaels and Vince. All three of them hug and raise each other’s arms as Raw finishes.
Sunday, November 18th
It’s Survivor Series. Mr. McMahon arrives in a limo with Shawn Michaels and Triple H, all wearing suits. Todd Grisham catches up with them, and Vince tells him that everything will be explained after the main event.
The main event finishes, and Mr. McMahon, Triple H and Shawn Michaels make their way to the ring. McMahon explains that there is a new power within WWE, and that is the Corporate Alliance. Shawn Michaels and Triple H are no longer anti-establishment, they are establishment. Triple H starts to speak, explaining that the last time he was aligned with Mr. McMahon, it was the best time of his career. He said that he would make any sacrifices for this (such as getting hit with Sweet Chin Music and getting beat up by Umaga) because, once again, he wants to dominate and joining the Corporate Alliance with McMahon and Michaels was the best way to do that.
Michaels takes the microphone to a chorus of boos, and states, “There is nobody who can save you now.”
The lights go out.
A longer ‘SAVE_US.222’ video plays on the screen, but it leads to nothing. The lights come back on and Michaels laughs it off.
The lights go out, once again.
“BREAK THE WALLS DOWN!”
Chris Jericho returns to WWE, taking out Triple H and Shawn Michaels as Survivor Series comes to an end.
