Only if they make it really comedic and have them be like the comedy versions of the FBI in ECW. They need to mock Godfather and The Sopranos and have Nunzio and and maybe Jamie Noble as well because he's doing nothing at all and was Nunzio's cousin oh and maybe bring up Jacob Duncan and give him a silent italian oaf like gimmick. I had a similar idea recently. I must say, I'm really feeling this idea of an FBI reunion. Santino better call in his paesans soon. Little Guido can be the jap artist of the clique. Chuck Palumbo as Calogero da Geep. They could plot at a table in the back of the pizzeria... "Whadda we gonna do about-a this Ron Simmons?" "I dunno, Guido. I no like-a him near my Maria". The following week a live promo airs with all the FBI in the ring, "Ron Simmons, my cugines are-a here, whattsa matta for -a you, hah?!" Full Blooded Italians are comedy GOLD! |

didn't they already try this before?  Santino would make it a million times better an FBI gimmick would work if they had someone on the mic as strong as santino. and besides they don't have to be like the soparano's. Think more along the lines of Johnny Dangerously  |

In the thread about his theme music I mentioned that if you play it backwards it speaks of his inevitable mafia angle. I think it's a really bad idea.

No, WWE has never pulled off a Mafia gimmick successfully, and Santino is entertaining as he is now. Why change him?

You know, It just might work and be a way out of the Stone Cold Cunundrum.
STSA shows up next week kicks Santino in the gut but before he gets the stunner Santino throws Maria in the way and rolls/runs out of the ring (ultra heel heat).
Santino puts the FBI back together for SS vs Team Austin.
FBI wins the match but Santino gets caught after and gets his stunner
Everybody wins. SCSA still looks strong cause he got the stunner, Santino still looks strong cause he won the match

Does the real Mafia care what happens in WWE much? I just don't think it fits Santino's goofy character to have him get mobbed up.
