I never go to the WWE site, but decided to check it out tonight for some reason and I came across the What If? Section. I'm reading the "What if the original ECW never went out of business?" one right now, and it's really enjoyable. So kudos to the WWE. Any other fans out there?

I much prefer Rewriting The Book by our very own (talented writer) Jed Shafer. [/Cheap Plug].

And WWE blatantly ripped off FSM with their first "What If?" I can actually see them taking the ones FSM did about if Kurt Angle signed with ECW or if Vince had gone to prison in the steroid trial.

Anywho, regarding the "What if the original ECW never went out of business?"what if posted on WWE.com, Morrison claims that ECW would have thrown a wad of cash if he was around at the time. I know it's kayfabe but I've got to agree. Morrison's look and preference for big spots would have been over big time in the OG ECW

well first ECW would have needed a new TV deal (USA Network or MTV perhaps) or a benefactor looking to make a splash (Mark Cuban)

Wrestling is filled with What If's, just ask Saturn: youtube.com/watch?v=mnAVmWm-7b8But seriously, I like them, not as good as Jed's but still, its nice to see that the WWE remembers things that happened more than two weeks ago.

Everyone is jumping on the what if bandwagon. FSM got it from Marvel Comics, WWE ripped of FSM and FourFourTwo also had a what if section, but that was just a one off.

And Marvel probably ripped off decades of TV shows doing that. Hell, it goes back to It's A Wonderful Life.
