Okay, since I'm in a discussion with someone (you can guess who) about this, I need to ask.
What the hell is up with this? Have you noticed how every time Knox faces Punk, he's taken off the show for a long amount of time? I mean, it COULD be a coincidence, but that's just weird.
I dunno, I attribute it being that they're using Punk to see if Knox has tapped into that "untapped potential" thing they're talking about, but it's just plain weird to me.

I wonder what Heyman wanted to do with Knox. Heyman was the one who got him in ECW, so obviously he saw something in him. He would've been a good bodyguard for Justin Credible.
They need to either retool Knox or call up Neikirk to team with him.

THe problem with Knox's untapped potential is a simple one. He went and bought the tap for the keg in which he believes his potential is stored, but upon tapping it, he found no potential, and was left, instead, with a keg of 30 year old Billy Beer.
Sadly, this did improve his work noticably.

It seems like only yesterday that HBK gave Knox the sweet chin music and then asked, who the hell did I eliminate? And it was almost A YEAR AGO that Knox was shown in this way as a joke.
