In honor of the 20th aniversary of Survivor Series, what has been your favorite Main-Event thus far?

1990 for me. First time I saw the Series and will always remain my favorite, even if looking back, it's not as good as it seemed.

I hate the Elimination Chamber in general because I think it's a very limited match.
I vote HBK/Bret.
(Hogan/Taker is my second choice)

(Hogan/Taker is my second choice) I love it cause it's so fun and the croud was into it when HBK won. In terms of impact on the biz it's def. HBK/Hart, but in terms of entertainment it wasn't enjoyable at all.

Bret vs. Deisel, followed closely by Elimination Chamber.

What year had Hogan, Warrior, Von Erich on one team in the Survivor's match?

What year had Hogan, Warrior, Von Erich on one team in the Survivor's match? 1990 The survivors of all the other matches on the card met in a face survivors v. heel survivors main-event.

I voted for Team WWF vs Team Alliance. Those two teams were stacked. It was also the last ppv I got to see with my grandma. In any case I would've also voted for the elimination chamber had the other not been the case.

And it was Hogan, Warrior and Tito Santana. I never could quite work out how Tito managed to get into that match. I am the only one to vote for '89. Heenan's last-minute addition pushed it over the edge for me, his work in that match was wonderful. Also, I mark for Woryah destroying people. And Survivor Series 1989, to me, is the perfect Survivor Series event. Bring back all elimination match Survivor Series events dagnammit!

90 is one of the best WWE ppvs ever. I would love to see WWE return to the format. All Survivor Series matches, then a Surivor match at the end. Instead of something cheesy like heels vs. faces. They should do Raw vs. Smackdown/ECW. It could help build fueds leading into the Royal Rumble and Wrestlemania. With team mates turning on each other, and teasing interpromotional matches.

Bret v Diesel. A very good match, built around the PRIDE of being Champion.
Close second is Hogan v Taker, for the build-up and the events that followed.
BTW, I'm quite sure Survivor Series 92 main event was Bret v Shawn, that being my 3rd pick for "sentimental value"

That would be a great idea. All matches Raw versus SD!/ECW.

1988 was centered around the Mega Powers and Twin Towers, as Bossman and Akeem were officially the co-captains on their respective team. Dibiase was in a feud with Hercules at the time, so he was a bit player on that team. Dibiase was the captain of the 1989 team that faced Hogan's team.
My favorite main event? I loved 1988. Hot crowd and very fun booking. Really, anything from 1987-1991 was great. Honorable mention to Bret/Diesel in 1995 too.

1996, Sid vs. Shawn. The way that MSG crowd turned its back on HBK was priceless. Even Vince was standing up, looking around and wondering WTF was going on. When Sid won the belt, the audience cheered as if Big Sid winning got them a free pizza.
1995 is my runner-up. Not a bad match from Mr. Nash.

1990 The match of Survival at the end: First time a whole team had survived (all of the Models team got to the end) Hogan and Warrior teaming up. New concept by having surviving teams go to the main event. On a bonus note this was the event debut of possibly the two most influential charcters in wrestling up to the current day: The Undertaker Gobbledy gooker
