What's your fav survivor series match ever?
Mine's the WWE vs. WCW and ECW 5-on-5 Survivor Match.

The 20 man tag team elimination match from Survivor Series 1987 or 1988. I can't choose between those two.

Team DX vs Team Rated RKO last year was incredible to witness live.
The 1988 Tag Team Survivor Series is always my favorite 40-50 minutes of tape though.

The Savage/HTM one just because it was the first and it holds a special spot in my memory.
One thing I noticed the last time I watched it, which I felt was great booking but many people may have overlooked it since the announcers didn't mention anything about it.
The match comes down to The Honky Tonk Man against Randy Savage, Jake Roberts, and Ricky Steamboat. Those 3 men were screwed by Honky in one way or another that year. He threw down Liz and hit Savage with the guitar; he injured Roberts with the guitar; and he stole the Intercontinental Title from Steamboat. Now there he was after all that, all alone with those 3 guys.
Instead the announcers just played on the fact that he was alone, when there was so much more heat there.

I loved the finals match at 90. I really wish they'd kept that alive.

I really liked the Alliance vs Team WWF match from 2001
Team Bischoff (Randy Orton, Chris Jericho, Christian, Mark Henry and Scott Steiner) vs Team Stone Cold (Shawn Michaels, Rob Van Dam, Booker T, and The Dudleys) was also epic. Told a really great story.
Another good one is Team Raw vs Team Smackdown from 2005
I also liked the one with The Ultimate Warrior, LOD, and Kerry Von Erich vs Mr. Perfect and Demolition.
Ive never seen any of the Tag Team Elimination Matches but I would like to!
Also, The Sole Survival Match was cool...Tito Santana, Hulk Hogan, The Ultimate Warrior vs All the Heels lol

has to be the sole survivours, just seeing chico get elimentated just so hogan and warriah sqaush the heels always makes me laugh.

I've gotta say that it's either that or the Survivor Series match from 1991 that was Flair, Warlord, Dibiase & The Mountie vs. Piper, Bret, Bulldog & Virgil. Severely underrated and forgotten match that most people owe it to themselves to hunt down. |

But I have a problem with the ending. The match was past the 20 minute mark, only 2 men had been eliminated and there was hardly a dull moment in it. Then everyone gets DQ'ed except for Flair. I really wish they would have let it go 45 minutes and eliminate people separately, then it would be near classic levels for me. |

Benoit & Angle vs. Edge & Mysterio vs. Los Guerreros, 2002. That was a great match..probably the best tag team WRESTLING match I've ever seen (I put wrestling in caps because I would like to exclude TLC and Ladder matches..) I love the first elimination chamber too. Very awesome. |
