Am I REALLY, and SERIOUSLY the ONLY person that liked his match with HHH at the Royal Rumble (and their programme together) Okay,so it wasnt Angle-Benoit (to be fair though, that match is going to be one of those matches that stand the test of time), and it wasn't even a BRILLIANT main event, but I fail to see where all the hatred goes in this match. To me, it's just a big ol brawl (yes I know there have been better), some blood, great selling by HHH and I still think it had a nice big-time feel to it. I think I really am in the minority, but if anyone else enjoyed this match also, please come forward and admit it lol.

Steiner's WWE run was unmistakably awful. The bad matches, the tag team/feud with Test, the homoerotic challenges with Triple H, etc.
This, of course, was before I was enlightened to his unintentional humor potential.
HEH?

I thought it was when he was attempting a tigerdriver and fell over, making it look sort of like the Tiger Driver '91 without meaning to.

Absolutely awful. There will be no "you know, Scott Steiner's WWE run wasn't that bad" threads as long as I am here.

I give it a 4 on the serious side.

It was deeply dreadful. I HATED him as soon as he arrived, and I couldn't wait for his push to end. I hadn't seen any of his WCW stuff but I thought he flat out sucked in every single way. And that was before he got in a ring - never mind the fact that one of his first matches was squashing Jericho.
Comedy value is one thing - if we're talking taking up TV time and PPV time and challenging for World Titles (Steiner! World Titles - in the same sentence!) then it was a total and utter bomb.
Scott Steiner was a complete waste of time.

It started out with much hype and promise.....then all that ended when he took on Trips at the Royal Rumble. I never seen so many belly to belly surplexes in my life....how many did he do? 50? 60?

I was at Royal Rumble 2003, and lemme tell you. That match was even worse in person.

I loved the match at No Way Out with HHH Every time HHH hit a move crowd would yell. Stiener hit a move the crowd would BOO.
Best explanation King & JR could come up with was he had a US flag on his tights( they were in montreal).
I remember the RAW before WM 19 After Scott Stiener beat Christian JR said Scott Stiener will be at Wrestlemania 19. lo & behold he wasnt on camera at all.
I loved it when he was the 1st one to say screw the physicality rule and knocked stone cold on his ass.
