Never understood why Lee Marshall would always be in the city where the next NITRO was being held? Its like he wasn't cool enough to be invited to the "A" Party

I tried to attend a "Nitro Party" once... however, I had to leave due to the fact I just couldn't randomly mark out for nothing happening.
