I noticed last night during the hardy tag match that the ref made Finlay and Kennedy actually tag in cuz he didn't see it. I find it funny that heel teams always get away with it but over the last 2 weeks the refs have said no way. I like it just found it interesting.
On a side note. Damn that is a rough looking post

Apparently a while back there was an edict handed down that refs had to actually call the rules. So, that might be it.
