That seems...needlessly complex. Though in the scheme of things, both stipulations make sense.

Don't forget that if Orton comes to the ring wearing red, he will be dq'd. And if shawn's facial hair is less than 3mm in length, he will be granted the right to use the 450 splash, if it is longer, he will not be able to use punches.
Also, if the fight makes it's way to the surface of the sun, the title will be vacated.

HBK winning the title without a superkick would be terrible

This furthers the belief that HBK will win with the Sharpshooter.

Actually I like it. It's a bit different than just "No DQ" or "Cage Match"
It's not overly complicated unless they start pushing limits, which they probably will.

I like the stip - HBK usually goes for SCM on instinct, and he'll have to constantly remind himself not to use it. He could hit it, and not realise that he did it.

surprisingly I like it.
Though Michaels winning without using the superkick is a bit unsettling but on the other hand...Orton would lose the belt.

Is that because SCM would ruin Orton's good looks, so effectively enforcing a 'do not hit the face' rule? Free penis enlargement for whoever gets the reference.

So could Orton just grab HBK's leg and hit himself in the face with it for the win?

Yes, it's "attempts to" as well - even if he fakes it, he loses.

Don't know how I feel about the prize mentioned, but I assume you're referencing the stipulation they had for Michaels vs. Martel at Summerslam '92. Sweet heel vs. heel feud.

Has anyone factored in the possibility (or should I say the likelihood) that the ref will be knocked unconscious for a couple of minutes during the match? Orton could call out the USC Marching Band to come out and trample Michaels while the ref is recovering from a vicious clothesline to the shoulder.
