When everybody got in trouble or the sig pharmacy case, two of the names seemd odd to me. Edge and Gregory Helms. Both who are injured. It made me wonder if they were punished, for something, that they couldn't help. When someone has broken their neck or pec, or whatever, the Dr. will give you steriods for it, so if say Kane broke his neck, is he not allowed to take steriods to help repair it? My dad had steriods in his neck after he had surgey to repair discs in in his neck.

It wouldn't have mattered what medication they purchased, as the pharmacy in question (Signature Pharmacy) were illegally distributing over the Internet.
If Edge or Helms had been legally prescribed medication, then that's a different story.

I'm sure they're pumping Cena full of steroids right now to help him heal. It seems the media doesn't discriminate between what is legally prescribed by a doctor doing the right thing, and abuse. HGH, Steroids, both bad words now. Especially if you're some kind of athlete, you are obviously doing something illegal.
There is nothing the public likes better than someone whom has obtained success only to fall from grace. People need to educate themselves and learn the truth.

That's why Edge said he was on the steroids. He was using them to regrow the muscle around his neck and make sure it was fully healed, and he said he had consulted with doctors about it. Unfortunately, I'm not sure that he was being entirely truthful, considering where he obtained them.

i could be wrong, but the way they test is they look for a certain "imbalance" of hormones. meaning that you have way more than you normally would in you system. the amount a doctor would prescribe for a legitimate reason is probably well under the amount that would send up a red flag in a drug test.
its one of the reasons that 60 years after steroids were created, we still dont know exactly what the long term effects are. no competant doctor would ever give a human being the huge doses that a bodubuilder takes. the immedaite effects can be seen, but the effects of years down the road are still mostly anectdotal. some people say they have no problems, others say they have organ failure due do it. so the true long term effects of huge steroid doses remain a bit ambiguious.
and if they are prescribed by a doctor, why buy them from an illegal source? why not go to a real pharmacy?

WWE's wellness policy specifically forbids purchasing drugs over the internet -- even if they are for legitimate purposes.
Just buying the drugs from Signature was a violation.
