I agree that GM's are not needed and the whole idea of them has gotten stale.
But since this is WWE and they don't get rid of something until 13 months after its expiration date, replace Vickie with Bischoff and make him the new GM of Smackdown. He can have a whole thing where he will talk about being the Raw GM and making it a success for 3 or 4 years, and he will do the same for Smackdown.
