I think a big thing they need to fix is to stop calling them "Legends." The word legend is thrown around WAY too much in the wrestling world. Guys like Virgil or Doink are clearly not legends. They need to start saying "Classic" instead of "Legend" in the game and then, preferably, start throwing in oddles of them.

None.
I'd rather see them in a separate game, with all the classic wrestlers, arenas and match-types. I'd buy that (even if it was running off the SmackDown vs. Raw engine.)
Change the current games to something like 'WWE 09' and have them strictly for current stuff, with downloadable content.
