The great thing about wrestlers theme music is that you can immediately tell which wrestler is coming out to deal some serious business, or likewise can tell when a certain wrestler is in contention for a title.
I think some of the best themes of interruptive qualities in the past would go to...
Stone Cold's glass breaking Triple H's striking cord in "Time to play the game" Kane's instant fire
Well, on our current roster, I think the theme that really gets your attention has to go to Big Daddy V. Without any warning, you get a sound that sounds like a steel door crashing down on concrete, and i'm sure you immediately think "Oh shit!"
What d'yall think?

Punk's opening guitar riff is pretty good for cutting someone off.

Given that distinctive themes are better than generic themes, I genuinely think that Santino Marella's music would be great for interrupting.
And you forgot the greatest interrupting theme of them all: Muhammed Hassan's.

This begins and ends with Muhammad Hassan.
I loved hearing someone get interrupted with "ALLEYLEAHLAYLEAHLEHEYLEAHHHH!".

Undertaker's lights off, Gong or Gong, lights off is a great way to announce that you're there, cut someone off, get an instant crowd reaction and let everyone know who it is.

How could I have forgotten Muhammad Hassan's theme? That was easily the best theme to interrupt any promo. Period.

I Agree With Santino... maybe also some Val Venis, during a women's promo... 'hello ladies'. Another one that comes to mind as working would be Edge's version of Metalingus

That high-pitched siren that is heard before Natural Born Killaz is played. I don't recall any promos being interrupted, but once that music hit, all attention was supposed to be directed towards New Jack.

Not so much in the WWE, but Sabu always made a cool interruption. The lights go out, come back on, and he is standing in the ring pointing to the ceiling.

Big Daddy V's music nearly made me crap myself a few weeks ago on ECW when he was interupting a match that had Kane in it (Couldn't tell you much more than that.) Not an interuption but I imagine it'd be good for that.
