I know some may flame me for this, but I liked the one led by Trips a lot better.

Rick Rude walking out, sipping his water, and only after he makes sure he's not parched throwing it into the Patriot's face...
Sheer brilliance.

I know some may flame me for this, but I liked the one led by Trips a lot better. I did as well. The HBK led one was good but, there was just something about the Trips led version that I liked better,

I'll be the first to admit I STILL mark for DX to this day.
Old/Original DX material though? That'll lead to some off the charts mega-marking right there.

I know some may flame me for this, but I liked the one led by Trips a lot better. They are both equally awesome. The first incarnation was more like "OMG did I just hear/see that" and the second one was more like "LMAO these guys are so goofy"...Both Awesome, although the first one was more geared to smarks imo, so I guess it all depends on your smarkatude

In hindsight, DX were probably more creative and entertaining as heels. The interesting thing about DX is that despite being "cool" heels, they could still get the fans to boo them by acting gay and getting "showing your ass" heat by...showing their asses. They were cool heels that were true heels--such a concept is almost unheard of in wrestling.
