Is there a reason why Batista and Undertaker are in a Hell in a cell for Survivor Series? I'm asking because from what I've seen the fued hasn't really escalated to the point where a cell match is warranted or at least an undertaker cell match is. Batista didn't try to burn him in a casket or anything. Can anyone who has followed their story explain this to me?

I think Taker will win the title this Sunday and then during the celebration we will hear Edge's music and he will appear at the top of the ramp and stare down The Undertaker setting up Taker's first title defense against Edge and Batista.

So far they're even, with 1 win each and 1 draw each. There are no ties in the cell. It will settle it once and for all

Batista should have said, "None of you understand. I'm not getting locked in there with the Undertaker. The Undertaker is getting locked in there with me."
That said, it will probably be a good match. This series with Undertaker has really been good to Batista.

As far as I can tell, the reason they are being put into a cell is because WWE wants a big buyrate for Survivor Series. Outside of that, it is a bit of a stretch. |

I agree with you massive genius. From what I have seen of their fued Batista has been confident in his promos about the undertaker until earlier tonight then not so much. But, then again I've really only seen the wrestlemania promos and tonight's. but i have seen several youtube videos.

Batista is going to give out the effort of a lifetime in this match. He has always said that his dream match in pro wrestling would be vs the Undertaker in a Hell In A Cell match. Now, he has his dream match, and It's for the world title on top of it all, which he's defending.

I just can't get hyped for Hell in Cell matches, it just isn't that interesting without the risk of something being put through it or thrown off it.

They should settle it in a "Hall in a Cell"-Match, where they have to drink with Razor Ramon and whoever passes out first loses (it will be either Batista or Taker).
The winner gets the World Heavyweight Title plus a shot (or more) at Eric Young.

I think this could be a good match in the likes of Taker/Lesner HIAC from No Mercy 02 (?). It woun't be highspots or anything it'll just be brutally violent. That's what I'm expecting

Its Umaga and Triple h who should have the hell in a cell match. No. The feud is dead, Umaga is dead. After jobbing to Cena, HHH finally killed the last bit of "monster heel" in Umaga. A hell in a cell would end in a bloodied up Umaga with HHH standing above him, raising his arms with a sledgehammer in his fist... *UBER-YAWN* |
