I think it was fine, because it's not something they do often.
Unlike Nitro where it was a running joke, with RAW I don't really remember the last time they did this.

THE REST OF THE MATCH CAN BE SEEN DURING THE FIRST BREAK OF ROBIN HOOD! GOOD NIGHT!! Yeah, I hope Vince tears them a new one for that. Something like that happening 5 days before a major PPV is bush league. I don't even think they got the Raw copyright info up at the end. ahh those were the days..i miss the robin hood/wcw/tnt tie in....No not really... But what i really miss was Jim Crockett yelling at the top of his lungs at the end of each nwa saturday morning program when they were cutting out of the main event.....I always wondered why didnt crockett (since he was an owner) to start the main event earlier? But seriously, his screaming "NO NO DONT GO" was classic That was Dave Crockett, not Jim.

I liked the cut off last night. It's totally old school and if you look back at old "Survivor Series Showdowns" they use to air right before the ppv, the show would always end that way. Everyone fighting everyone and they just have to end the show right there. It makes you wanna get the PPV but a little bit is lost since we have two more nights of shows to watch. Doing it on Smackdown would have been better. Also I think having a cut off is better than having wrestlers stop fighting and everything finish right at 10:05pm like they always do.

That did suck, but at least the end of the brawl can be made up by our imaginations. "My God! Gillberg is cleaning house! Spear on Triple H! Spear on Umaga! He's got them running scared to the back! Can he be stopped?"

Wasn't there a Hogan match between him and the Big Show that was cut off because TNT had to show the series premiere of some show (maybe "Thunder in Paradise" or "Robin Hood")? And during every commercial break, they'd go back to the match edited where the Big Show had Hogan in what the viewer was led to believe a 13 minute bearhug and Schiavone was trying to convince people that this match has been going on all this time.
