What if Festus is in the Royal Rumble?

If Festus is in the Royal Rumble and is not one of the first two men in the ring (hence no bell when he gets there), how will he know to start kicking ass?

On a side note, I did like that they brought up on commentary on Friday that Festus couldn't be controlled after he was eliminated because the final bell didn't ring.

Wacky shenannigans with Jesse having a bell and Duece and Domino having a bell that keeps making Festus switch back and forth before being eliminated I'd imagine.

I could see Festus getting beat up, then have two guys get eliminated and fight on the outside. The officials ring the bell like they usually do and he snaps. That could work.

If they rang the bell each time a new man came to the ring (and maybe again every time a guy was eliminated), that opens up some interesting possibilities. But it would mean the guy would have to last in the Rumble for a while to make that work. Not sure they would give him that kind of rub.

They should, simply because it'd be a good story to tell during the rumble...it'd be fun. Don't really have so much of that in the previous rumbles.

I imagine that would "break" his switch, leving him in the "on" position.

Maybe the buzzer that goes off when a new entrant comes out would do it.

But then he'd go in and out of it each time someone came out.

I was thinking along those lines, just not about the Royal Rumble. I had whoever the tag champs are (wouldn't work with Matt and MVP at the moment) muffling the bell when it gets sounded, so Festus doesn't know the match has started.

To be fair, I should amend that last comment of mine.

JESSE won't be in the Rumble. At least Festus has something different about him that makes him stand out. Jesse is basically Shannon Moore but not.

But for whatever reason (probably because I don't watch SD and thus see him wrestle at all) I don't get the impression Creative will remember him come Rumble time.

or

He'll stay at ringside when his number is called, looking not unlike a mentally disabled dog. Jesse will then ring the bell (when he comes out or when he is eliminated), thus turning Festus into Super Festus.

Yeah, I see Jesse getting to become a sensation in The Indies though.
