Is it just me, or does anyone else think that the wwe should go back to being "family entertainment", especially considering the current backlash towards wrestling? I mean, it wouldnt affect the wrestling itself, and to be honest, if it means the end of all that diva crap i think fans everywhere would be all for it. It'd never happen. Vince thinks the whole thing works. What he doesn't get is that it doesn't, not all of it. Will he ever get that? Nope. But there's always the next generation.

Well, KILLING off a character is fairly edgy. I think outrageousness is a good thing. You can be outrageous without swearing or bleeding a lot. Outrageousness is a good thing,I'll agree on that, but what is their left to do?! Attempted murder:Rikishi,Black Scorpion,nWo Attempted suicide:Tim White Threatened with animal:Jake the Snake(And he's a good guy!) Nudity:The Kat, Mideon(sorta) Terrorism:Hassan Crucifixion:Raven,Undertaker S&M:Pretty Mean Sisters Forced sex:Brian Pillman Necrophilia:Triple H Gay Marriage:Billy and Chuck(Not really outrageous, just controversial) Use of firearms:Brian Pillman Electricuted:Shane Mcmahon,Abdullah the Butcher Set on fire:Too many On screen vomiting:Ultimate Warrior,Droz Animal abuse:Earthquake,Big Bossman Kidnapping:Undertaker,XPWs own Pogo the Clown,Roddy Piper Seriously, what is left? You forgot Muhammad Hassan's faux-terrorist cell and Racist HHH. Really, wrestling has always been quite immature even when it's attempted to be fairly mature. Once you've broken it down to just the simulated competiton, you don't have a wide range of emotions to express outside of anger, aggression and desire.

How about three separate and actually different brands? RAW: More "adult" storylines pushing the envelope with sex and violence ECW: A pure wrestling fan's show with simple storylines and focus on in-ring work Smackdown: Geared more toward kids with cartoony 80's style stories Huh? I've been thinking the same thing for a long time...whats the point of a brand split when the brands are pretty much the same thing with different wrestlers?

Very true, buddy.I couldn't have said it better myself. And yes, looking back, what was once considered very mature has now become very immature.
