A new hypothetical game I just made up cuz I am bored.
Maybe Kane doesnt want to be a world champion again because he wants to have been on top when wrestling was on top.
Maybe HHH saw the outline for the Invasion decided he didnt want to be part of it and faked his quad tear so he could get a nice vacation and skip out on that madness.

So the footage of Triple H's surgery was just a guy wearing a Triple H mask? H was really in the waiting room, playing Game Boy and thinking, "Man, I'm so glad I don't have to talk to Buff Bagwell again. Whatta schmoe that guy is..."
