Man, I've read two threads that have brought a backstage fight between Bradshaw and Blackman. I was just wondering if you knowledgeable Crappers could fill me in on the reasons and outcome.

Thing is, no one is entirely sure what, if anything, happened.
Most stories say they got in a fight in an airport near baggage claim. Some say Steve kicked JBL down in one kick, while other stories say his foot got cught on a bag, and JBL got the upper hand.
I wonder how they could get in a fight in public with no legal trouble, and I've never heard it mentioned in shoots, so I kind of doubt the story.

It's just one of those stories that people really WANT to be true... don't know if it is or not.
Same with Swede Hansen schooling New Jack in a parking lot after an SMW show.

Whilst Billington is probably being truthful (he is brutally honest), he more than likely deserved it (he wasn't the greatest human being, by all accounts). |

It's just one of those stories that people really WANT to be true... don't know if it is or not. I first heard about it in an interview with D-Von Dudley. He likes telling the Steve Blackman stories. I believe this incident happened in an airport. Blackman is definitely wrestling's Chuck Norris. |

I think Jacque said it was just a roll of quarters, and that Dynamite had done the exact same thing to him before for no reason. |

One of my favorite wrestlers from the Attitude Era of the WWE. Blackman was awesome to watch in action and from what I've heard could have easily beaten the tar out of JBL and pretty much everyone else on the planet.    Very bad dude,Steve Blackman.He's up their with Haku,Perry Saturn, Fit Finley,and Karl Gotch as wrestlings greatest hard/bad-asses. |
