- It's being reported that one of the reasons that Chris Jericho's return to WWE has been put off on at least one occasion is because Jericho wasn't happy with what the WWE creative team had planned for his comeback. Jericho has said many times in recent media interviews that he wanted everything to be just right, just perfect before he made his comeback.
Jericho has creative control?

Hopefully. At least it might keep Cena out of the title hunt. Maybe Jericho will pull a Lesnar

Can't that be said about everyone associated with the WWE and wrestling in general? Nobody is happy with what the WWE creative team had planned for anything these days...

Who knows? I read somewhere that Jericho's weight was an issue, that he was too thin. If there even was a delay, if there even was a problem, who really knows.

Read it, people.
It says that his return was put off because Jericho didn't like the other ideas that were planned for him. This was probably before the whole 'SAVE_US.222' thing (which, presumably, is the "perfect" return storyline for Y2J).

Why can't we just enjoy his return? I mean, why does there have to be a whole "conspiracy/he's not happy with creative" type thread before he even "officially" comes back?
Enjoy suspending your disbelief for a few moments, folks, while we are treated to the promo stylings of one Y2J.

It's not like the original poster made it up, it came from one of the websites and was just reporting it to us. If anything, you should take that complaint up with the website that put it out. And just maybe Jericho didn't like the WWE creative team's direction,it's a possibility. And also bear in mind, not everyone is foaming at the mouth for Jericho's return either.

I'm not foaming at the mouth, either. I'm just excited that there will be something new to take my mind off of the rest of the "E" for a few weeks, that's all.

Alright guys. I'll come clean. I was the one who told Meltzer. Sometimes, I like to tell Dave stuff that isn't true just to see if he'll report it to the masses. Who do you think is responsible for all of those Daniel Rodimer megapush rumors or the plan to have Heidenreich repackaged as a Nazi frozen in a block of ice? The creative team isn't as creative as me sometimes.
