No need to consider something that just isn't happening.

With his new hairstyle, younger fans will thinks its Ryan Seacrest, while older people like me will think its David Lee Roth.

I was at Survivor Series...there were Y2J chants more than once during the show. RAW is practically 15 minutes away from AA so unless there is a major crowd change, I expect a big pop.

Y2J will not get a weak pop--he's very charismatic and exciting

If the crowd is dead?
Nuke'em from orbit, only way to be sure

Never happen. This has been built up SO much, they could send out his spangly shirt on a clothesline and have the front rows cheering IT on.

It won't happen. Even if there was ZERO buildup, people ALWAYS pop for names from the past.

How do you guys even know Chris Jericho is coming back? Sorry, I don't post on any wrestling forums so I don't know what's been going on backstage.

They should've held this in New York or some other smarky area.
Since New York is a smarky area, they'll go apeshit for Jericho. Fans who started watching when Cena became Superman watching it on TV will easily get behind him.

I'm being sarcastic. I thought the "I don't post on any wrestling forums" part would stand out given my 2,000+ posts. <3

On multiple occasions now there have been big Jericho chants anticipating his return, the pop should be pretty damn good.
Hell the Undertaker got conwayed when he came out at the ppv for his match with Henry, and that was Undertaker's return match. Reason? He wasn't Jericho.
...right now, people want Jericho.

It won't happen. Even if there was ZERO buildup, people ALWAYS pop for names from the past. With this particular forum, there seems to be love of old gimmicks that have been inducted. The forums would explode if someone like Akeem or the Mountie happened to show up at a random moment. Imagine .222 being someone like Nailz or the Dungeon of Doom.

There's that too, but I mean primarily that Jericho was a former 'legend'. Wrestling fans have long memories with stuff like that.

Hell, here in NYC, Viscera got a huge pop for whatever reason beating down Kane a few years back, as the fans were chanting "Let's go Mabel".

I'm worried that the majority of the audience won't know who he is.
