I'm drawing a complete blank here, and my Google-fu is failing me tonight.
And I'm not talking the theme he used for a couple of years when he was the rich snob. In 1997, he used an actual very famous piece of music.... and I cannot remember it to save my life? Wagner maybe?

I remember the snob music (he used several different classical songs), the DX theme song, Our Time, The Game, and King of Kings. Nothing else. What style of music was it? Was it classical, was it rock, was it hip hop?

Ode to Joy. He used it right before his DX days, when he won KOTR.

His 97 music was "Ode to Joy" from beethoven's 9th symphony

Now, Does anyone know if his original theme was a preexisting song, or a WWF creation? (I'm assuming the latter) I thought that one was kinda cool too.

I guess I really do suck as a wrestling fan. Ode to Joy always makes me think of Die Hard. It's a wonderful thing when the FBI assist you in stealing 640 Million Dollars.

Useless trivia: Ode to Joy is (was?) the official anthem of the European Union.

I believe he had the song without the lyrics.
The one with the lyrics went: "Movies, movies, new hit movies. Movies, movies, movies. Movies, movies, new hit movies, when I want movies, I want to see Starz."

I cannot find the videos of the Manwich commercial with this song. Or the Starz commercial. This is making me unhappy.

I marked heavily for Rick Rude's opening lines. Yeah, even in his later years he still had it.

Alright guys, take it from the resident theme collector. Just so you know, theme counts constitute any theme a wrestler has come out to on his own, and not as part of a stable or tag team. For example, I count the DX and Corporation themes for Triple H since he did actually come out to them on his own. That being said, here's his official theme count...
1st - 1995-96 era "snob" theme 2nd - Ode To Joy (WWE made version) 3rd - First DX theme (used alone on many occasions) 4th - Corporation theme (used it shortly after turning on DX, a couple of times) 5th - Backlash 1999 theme (hard-rock sounding instrumental) 6th - My Time instrumental (used at UK No Mercy PPV in 1999) 7th - My Time instrumental #2 (on Wrestlemania 2000 for N64; the differences between this one and the previous one are VERY noticeable) 8th - My Time (found on plenty of video games of the era [Smackdown 1 and 2], and for your reference, the Volume 4/Anthology version is a complete fake) 9th - Post-"My Time" instrumental, used shortly after it was revealed he was behind Austin's being run down 10th - Post-"My Time" instrumental #2, used at Survivor Series 2000 (differences from previous one) 11th - "The Game" by Motorhead* 12th - "King of Kings" by Motorhead 13th - DX 2006 Remix (used solo by both him and Shawn Michaels on many occasions) 14th - "The Game"/"King of Kings" mash-up (used from Summerslam 2007 until recently)
* = currently being used
Yes, people, I have no life. Thank you very much.
